Sending a takedown notice

Email support@kursilo.com with: your contact details; identification of the work and the infringing material (with a URL); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your signature.

Designated agent

Send notices to our designated copyright agent at MVS Solutions LLC, support@kursilo.com. We are registering this agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe it was removed in error. We may restore the content unless the original claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate cases, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
