Refund & Cancellation Policy

Per-course purchases. All sales are final once you have access. Refunds are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed, except where required by law.

Subscriptions. We do not issue partial refunds of the current billing period; cancelling stops future charges and access continues until the period ends, then ceases.

How to cancel. Cancel anytime — no phone call or email required — from the billing page in your account, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect for future renewals immediately.

Auto-renewal. Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown before you pay, until you cancel. We send a confirmation with cancellation instructions after purchase, and notice before any price change.

EU and UK customers. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because courses are available instantly, at checkout you ask us to start access right away and acknowledge that doing so waives the 14-day withdrawal right once access begins.

Klarna and Affirm purchases. When you choose Klarna or Affirm at checkout, those services’ own buyer-protection programs apply and may override this platform policy.

Disputes. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support@kursilo.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you in good faith.
