Terms of Service

Last updated 29 May 2026

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and MVS Solutions LLC, which operates Kursilo. By creating an account, subscribing, or buying a course you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Kursilo.

Agreement

You accept these terms when you check the box to agree at sign-up or when you use the service. We may update them; if a change is material we will give notice, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.

Who can use Kursilo

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription or course. Kursilo is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under it. One account is for one person — accounts may not be shared. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed yours.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout (for example $29 per month) until you cancel. We disclose these terms before you pay and ask for your express consent. You can cancel anytime from your account billing page; cancelling stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period. We give 7–30 days’ notice before any price change.

Payments

Prices are in USD (taxes added where required) and billed by Stripe. See the Refund policy for what happens when you change your mind.

Your licence to course content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the courses you buy or subscribe to, for your own non-commercial learning. You may not download (except where we expressly provide a download), copy, screen-record, share, publicly perform, redistribute, or resell course content, or circumvent any access controls. The licence ends when your access or this agreement ends.

Teacher content

Teachers retain ownership of the courses they upload and grant Kursilo a licence to host, market, and serve those courses to students. Teachers are responsible for the content they upload and confirm they hold the rights to it. Teachers are paid via Stripe Connect at the schedule Stripe sets.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed and is part of these terms.

Disclaimers

Kursilo is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Courses are for education only and confer no professional licence or certification. See our Disclaimer for the full details, including beauty-technique safety.

Limitation of liability

You use Kursilo and any techniques shown at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MVS Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by California law. You and MVS Solutions LLC will try to resolve disputes informally first. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration in California, and both sides waive the right to a jury trial or to join a class action — except claims that may be brought in small-claims court or that cannot be waived by law.

Termination

You may stop using Kursilo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform; where possible we’ll give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. Questions go to support@kursilo.com.
