Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MVS Solutions LLC (“Kursilo”) collects, why, and your choices. It applies to kursilo.com and covers visitors and members worldwide, including in the EU and UK.

Who is responsible

MVS Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company, is the data controller. Contact us at support@kursilo.com for any privacy question.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), what you’ve bought or subscribed to, your learning progress and notes, payment metadata from Stripe (we never see full card numbers), and basic technical and usage data such as device and pages viewed.

Why we use it

To provide your account and courses (to perform our contract), to meet legal and tax obligations, for security and basic analytics (our legitimate interests), and — only with your consent — for non-essential cookies and any marketing email.

Who we share it with

We rely on processors who handle a narrow slice of your data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and storage), Stripe (payments), Mux (video), Resend (email), PostHog (privacy-friendly analytics), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there and elsewhere. Where we move EU or UK data abroad, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework with our processors.

Cookies

We use functional cookies for sign-in, language, and checkout, and ask consent for analytics in regions that require it. See our Cookie Policy for the details and how to change your choice.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data, and object to or restrict some processing. Manage most of this from your account, or email support@kursilo.com — we respond within 30 days. EU and UK users may also complain to their data-protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither).

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting reasons, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account sooner.

Children

Kursilo is for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

EU/UK representative

Once we serve EU or UK users at scale, we will appoint a representative under GDPR Article 27 and list their contact here.
